Understanding the Schools Breakdown Table

Audience: District Leaders

Location: Leader Dashboard > Analytics tab > Bottom of page (District view only)

Overview

The Schools Breakdown table appears at the bottom of the Analytics tab when you are viewing district-level data (All Schools).

This table allows district leaders to quickly compare engagement and usage across all schools in the district from a single view. 

It is designed to help district leaders quickly identify trends, engagement levels, and schools that may need additional support. 

Note: The Schools Breakdown table only appears when All Schools is selected. If you switch to a specific school, the table is hidden because the dashboard is already showing data for that single school.

💡Tip: Use the date range filter at the top of the Analytics page to change the timeframe for Active Users and Lessons Completed in the table.

Table Columns

The Schools Breakdown table includes the following columns: 

Column	Description
School Name	The name of each school in the district
School ID	Internal school identifier
Educators	Number of registered educators at the school
Students	Number of registered students at the school
Active Users	Users who logged in during the selected date range
Visits	The total number of logins during the selected date range
Lessons Completed	Total lessons completed by users (based on solution selected - Core or Wellness)
Avg Rating	Average lesson rating submitted by users

Sorting and Searching

You can quickly analyze data using the table tools.

Search: Use the search bar above the table to filter schools by name. 

Sorting: Click any column header to sort the table by that column. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order. 

💡Tip: If your district has more than 10 schools, use the table size control in the bottom-left corner of the table to select 50/page or 100/page before sorting. This allows you to view more schools at once.

Using the Table for Reporting 

District leaders often use the School breakdown table to identify trends across schools. 

Common uses include:

• Identifying high-engagement schools by sorting by Lessons Completed or Active Users
• Spotting schools that may need additional support by reviewing lower engagement numbers
• Comparing engagement across schools of different sizes
• Preparing district reports by capturing screenshots or exporting data
