The Context Bar

The Context Bar at the top of the Leader Dashboard provides a quick snapshot of user data for your school or district. It displays key metrics and allows you to drill down into detailed user lists.  

Context Bar Metrics

Metric	Description
Total Users	All registered users in your school or district - including leaders, educators, and students.
Group Leaders	Users with leadership permissions (school administrators, school champions, district managers, etc.). Group Leaders have access to the Leader Dashboard.
Educators	Teachers and staff who facilitate lessons and manage rooms on the platform.
Students	Learners enrolled in lessons and rooms.

Viewing User Details

Each metric in the Context Bar is clickable. Selecting a metric opens a pop-up window displaying the users included in that total. 

From the pop-up window, you can:

• Search for a specific user by name or email
• Select a user's name to view their profile
• Export the list to CSV for reporting or review

Understanding Scope

If you manage multiple schools as a district leader, the Context Bar includes a scope indicator to clarify which data you are viewing:

• District data - Aggregated data across all schools in your district
• School data: [School Name] - Data for an individual school

Use the school dropdown at the top of the page to switch between schools or return to the district-wide view.
