How to Switch Between Schools

Audience: District Leaders

Location: Leader Dashboard > School dropdown (top of page)

Overview

District Leaders who manage multiple schools can switch between viewing district-wide data or data for an individual school.

Use the School dropdown at the top of the Leader Dashboard to change the scope of the data being displayed. 

Note: If you manage only one school, this dropdown will not appear. The dashboard will automatically display data for your school.

How to Switch Schools

1. Click the School dropdown at the top of the Leader Dashboard.
2. Select a specific school from the list. 
3. To view district-wide data again, select All Schools.

The dashboard will refresh and display data based on your selection.

What Changes When You Switch Schools

When you select a different school, the entire dashboard updates to show data for that school. 

This includes: 

• Context Bar - user counts update to reflect the selected school
• Platform Usage - login activity chart shows only that school's activity
• Product Analytics - engagement metrics update for that school
• Educator/Student table  - user tables display only users from the selected school 
• Product tabs - only products enabled for that school will appear
