Overview
The Product Analytics section provides engagement metrics for each 7 Mindsets solution enabled at your school or district. These analytics help leaders evaluate curriculum adoption, resource usage, and overall implementation health. They can support implementation conversations and highlight areas where additional support may be beneficial.
Use the product tabs to switch between enabled products. All data reflects the currently selected date range.
Product Tabs
A tab appears for each product enabled at your school.

| 7 Mindsets Core | Core courses are enabled | Lesson completions, lessons accessed, average lesson rating, resource downloads, Empowering Educators views |
| 7 Mindsets Wellness | Wellness lessons are enabled | Lesson completions, lessons accessed, wellness resource downloads |
| 7 Mindsets Insights | Insights Measurement is enabled | Insights measurement windows, test sessions, and reporting |

Curriculum Metrics (Left side)
These metrics reflect curriculum engagement across users during the selected date range:
| Metric | Description |
| Completed Lessons | Total number of lessons marked complete. |
| Lessons Accessed | Total number of lessons accessed, including repeat views. |
| Average Rating | Average rating for lessons (out of 5 stars). |
Resources & Downloads (Right side)
These metrics reflect how frequently educators access instructional materials:

| Custom Lessons | Educator-created or customized lesson content (Resource Hub) |
| Resource Views | Total views of supplementary resources. |
| Integrations | Total cross-curricular integration guides downloaded. |
| Lesson Plans | Total lesson plan documents downloaded. |
| Activity Sheets | Total student activity worksheets downloaded. |
| Educator Tools | Total teaching tools and instructional guides downloaded. |
| Family Guides | Total take-home family engagement materials downloaded. |
Viewing Detailed Data
Each metric card is clickable. Selecting a metric opens a detailed view showing:
- The users or items included in that total.
- A search field for locating specific users.
- Clickable user names linking to profile pages.
- An Export CSV option for reporting purposes.
