Overview
The Users table in the Analytics tab provides a view of educator accounts in your school or district, along with activity and engagement (such as course progress, last active date, and status). You can use this table to quickly monitor usage and click into user profiles.
Note: This information is found in Analytics, not in the Manage Educator tab.
How to Access
- Go to your Leader Dashboard.
- Click Analytics in the top navigation.
- Above the Platform Usage section, select Educators.
- Scroll to the Users section below the metrics dashboard.
The Educators Table
The table displays educators associated with your organization. Common columns include:
| Column | What it means |
| Name | Educator name and email (click the name to open their profile) |
| Feedback | Shows submitted feedback (if available) |
| Course Progress | At-a-glance progress bars for courses/lessons the educator is enrolled in (for the selected Solution - Core or Wellness |
| Last Active | Most recent activity date |
Search and Filter
Use the search bar above the table to find an educator by name or email. Results update as you type.
Viewing an Educator's Profile
Click an educator's name to open their detailed profile page. From there, you can review additional account details and activity history.

💡 Quick Tip: Educators vs. Students
The Users table includes both educator and student views. Use the user type dropdown to switch between Educators and Students without leaving Analytics.
