Getting Started with the Leader Dashboard

Audience: Group Leaders, District Leaders

The Leader Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring student and educator engagement across your school or district. From one place, you can:

See how many users are in your school and their roles
Track platform usage over time
Monitor product-specific analytics (lesson completion, resource downloads, etc.)
View and manage individual educator and student accounts
Drill into any user's detailed progress

Log in to the 7 Mindsets Platform with your leader account.
Click Leader Dashboard in the top banner
- If you are a District Leader (this means you are connected to more than 1 school group in the platform), you will see District Dashboard

The dashboard is organized into these sections from top to bottom:

Section	What it Shows
Navigation Tabs	Switch between Analytics, Manager Educators, Manage Students, Reports, Transformation Hub, Settings, Archive
Context Bar	Your school/district name, user counts (Total Users, Group Leaders, Educators, Students
Platform Usage	Daily login activity line chart, Active Users (right now), along with key engagement metrics including Active Users, Power Users, Total Visits, and Unique Users
Product Analytics	Tabs for each enabled product with usage statistics and resource downloads
Users Table	List of users (by type) with a quick glance at lesson progress and last active date
School Breakdown	Table comparing schools by user counts and activity (District Leaders only; available in the district view)

Use the tabs at the top to navigate between different sections:

Analytics - The main dashboard view (shown by default)
Manage Educators - View and manage educator accounts in your school
Manage Students - View and manage student accounts in your school
Reports - Generate and download reports
Transformation Hub - Centralized access your 7 Mindsets team, implementation resources, and scheduled events with your Customer Success Manager to support and strengthen your school's implementation
Settings - Configure Wellness Student Library access and Interactive Lesson settings for your school

All statistics on the dashboard are clickable. Click any number to see a detailed popup with the list of users behind that stat.
Use the user type filter (All members, Educators, Students) to narrow the data to a specific user type.
Use the date range filter (Current School Year, Previous School Year, Last 30 days, etc., or custom date range) to narrow the data to a specific time period.
Data refreshes automatically when you change filters. Some cached data may take up to 30 minutes to reflect the very latest activity.
