Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you're having trouble logging in to the 7 Mindsets Platform, this guide will help you identify and resolve the most common issues.

Users can access the platform in two ways:

Direct Login

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Use this table to quickly find the right solution:

If this happens...	Try this...
I don't know how to log in	Ask your teacher or administrator which login method your school uses (Clever, ClassLink, or username/password)
I don't see the 7 Mindsets app in Clever or ClassLink	Contact your district IT team or school/district administrator
I forgot my password	Click Lost Password on the login page and follow the steps
I didn't receive a welcome email	Check your spam folder or use Lost Password to reset your password
I didn't receive a password reset email	Check your spam folder or contact the 7 Mindsets Solutions Support Team
I logged in but don't see any lessons or content (student)	Your teacher may not have assigned content yet, or you may need to join a room
I received a "You're Not Connected to a School" error	Your account is not linked to a school group. Contact the 7 Mindsets Solutions Support Team and include your name, email address, and school/district.

Confirm your login method (Direct login or SSO)
- If you attempt to log in through SSO when there is not an integration in place for your district/school, you will receive a "You're Not Connected to a School" error.
Double-check your email address
Reset your password if needed
Log out and back in
Try a different browser (Chrome recommended)
