Overview
Manual rostering allows leaders to add and manage educator and student accounts in the 7 Mindsets Platform without using an automated integration.
This process is typically used when your school manages users manually or does not use Clever or ClassLink for rostering.
Rosters must be added before educators and students can access platform content.
Accessing Rostering Tools

Navigate to the Leader Dashboard from your homepage
- Select:
- Manage Educators (for staff upload)
- Manage Students (for student upload)
Adding Educators
Add Individually
- Click Enroll New User
- Enter first name, last name, and email address
Bulk Upload (via CSV file)
- Click Enroll New User
- Select Upload via CSV
- Download and complete the template:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Upload your file
Educators will receive a welcome email with login instructions.
Adding Students
Add Individually
- Click Manage Students, then Enroll New Student
- Enter required student information
Bulk Upload (CSV)
- Click Upload via CSV
- Download and complete the sample CSV template:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Username or Email
- Password
- Graduation Year (12th grade graduation year)
- Date of Birth
- Upload your file
Important Notes
- Student usernames must be unique
- Duplicate usernames will cause upload errors
- You will be notified if any records fail to upload

After Uploading
- Leaders are responsible for sharing student login credentials with educators
- You will receive a confirmation once the upload is complete
