Managing Your Staff Roster

Audience: Group Leaders, District Leaders

Location: Leader Dashboard > Manage Educators

Overview

Group Leaders and District Leaders can manage their staff roster by adding and or removing educators in the platform. Keeping your staff roster up to date ensures that the right users have access to the correct content and tools, and helps maintain accurate usage data and reporting in the Leader Dashboard.

When to Update Your Staff Roster

You may need to update your roster when:

• Staff members join or leave your school
• Roles or responsibilities change
• At the beginning of a new school year

Accessing Educator Management

1. Go to your Leader Dashboard
2. Select Manage Educators

Option 1: Add or Remove Individual Educators

Use this option when you only need to make a few updates.

Remove an Educator

• Locate the educator in the list (use search bar if needed)
• Click Remove next to their name

Add an Educator

1. Click Enroll New User
2. Enter:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email Address
3. Save to create the account

New users will receive a welcome email with login instructions.

Option 2: Bulk Update Educators

Use this option when making multiple updates at once.

Bulk Remove Educators

• Select one or more educators from the list
• Click Bulk Remove 

Bulk Add Educators (CSV Upload)

1. Click Enroll New User
2. Select Upload via CSV
3. Use the template format:
   • Column 1: First Name
   • Column 2: Last Name
   • Column 3: Email Address
4. Upload your file

New users will receive a welcome email with login instructions.

Troubleshooting

1. An educator did not receive their welcome email
   • Check spam/junk folder
   • Use the Lost Password option on the login page
   • Contact support if needed
2. The temporary password does not work
   • Passwords may expire
   • Use Lost Password option on the login page to reset
3. Adding or updating Group Leaders
   • Group Leader access is managed by the 7 Mindsets Solutions Support team
   • Contact your administrator or submit a request for assistance
