How to Download Score Reports from Insights

Ahead of the Insights platform migration on June 30, 2025, we recommend downloading any reports you may need. This guide will walk you through how to download summary plot PDFs, individual student reports, and raw data files. 

1. Log in

Visit www.selweb.com and sign in using your credentials.

2. Open the Reports Tab

From your dashboard, select Reports.

3. Select the Report Type

Choose the score report you’d like to download:

• EE – Early Elementary (Grades K–3)

• LE – Late Elementary (Grades 4–5)

• MS – Middle School (Grades 6–8)

• HS – High School (Grades 9–12)

What you do next depends on what type of report you need to download and your access level.

A. If you want to download district-level reports (District Administrators):

• Click Downloads

• You will see the following options to download:

  • PDF summary plots for the district

  • CSV file of raw data

 

B. If you want to download school-level reports (District and School Administrators):

• First, select the desired school.

• Then click Downloads to access downloadable PDF summary plots for that school

 

C. If you want to download classroom-level or individual student reports (any role):

• Navigate to a specific classroom.

  • If you are a classroom teacher, the report will automatically open to your assigned classroom. 

• Then click Downloads to choose:

  • PDF summary plots for the class

  • Bulk individual student reports - We recommend that administrators task classroom teachers with bulk downloading their students' reports.
