What if I am unable to log into Insights?

If you are unable to log into Insights, please first check that you are entering in the correct login information. The most common login error is an extra space hiding somewhere within the login credentials.

Please note that if you attempt to log in 5 times with the wrong password within 15 seconds, the account will be disabled for 5 minutes.
