What is the Teacher Rating Scale?

The Teacher Rating Scale is a 2-item rating scale.

For the first item, teachers see a list of socially skilled behaviors and rate each of their students on a five-point scale the frequency with which each student engages in these behaviors.

For the second item, teachers see a list of problem behaviors and rate each of their students on a five-point scale the frequency with which each student engages in these behaviors.

With the results, teachers may then identify which behaviors to increase and which ones to increase, and they may subsequently develop a plan to do so.
