First, fill out the roster templates provided by xSEL Labs. These roster templates may be filled out by exporting rosters from already established enrollment systems.
In these roster templates, the bold fields are the only required fields (all demographic fields are optional).
Next, upload these rosters into the secure SFTP or Google Drive folder that is provided by xSEL Labs.
The xSEL Labs' Implementation Team will then process these rosters and generate login information for students, educators, and administrators.
For students, we will place cards that respectively list each student's login information into the SFTP or Google Drive folder.
For educators and administrators, we will send emails with activation links through SELweb to set up their accounts and passwords.
Once students, educators, and administrators are rostered, you are ready to begin SELweb assessment implementation.
