First, fill out the roster templates provided by 7 Mindsets Assessment team. These roster templates may be filled out by exporting rosters from already established enrollment systems.
In these roster templates, the bold fields are the only required fields (all demographic fields are optional).
Next, upload these rosters into the secure Sharepoint folder that is provided by the Assessment team.
The 7 Mindsets Assessment Team will then process these rosters and generate login information for students, educators, and administrators.
For students, we will place log in cards that respectively list each student's login information into the Sharepoint folder.
For educators and administrators, we will send emails with activation links through Insights to set up their accounts and passwords.
Once students, educators, and administrators are rostered, you are ready to begin Insights assessment implementation.
