If the Insights assessment freezes, first press the refresh button to refresh the page (look for the circular arrow close to the browser's search bar).
If the screen does not refresh, log out of the assessment, wait one minute, and then log back in.
The assessment should return to the first unanswered question in the assessment.
Should all student's taking Insights experience a freeze or loading screen at the same time, the bandwidth has been reached on the local internet and fewer students will need to be logged in or using the internet simultaneously.
