How do students log into Insights?

Students may log into Insights using either their login information (e.g. username and password), using Single Sign On (SSO) with Clever, or using Single Sign On (SSO) with ClassLink.

1. Logging in with Insights login information (e.g. username and password)

Your students may log into Insights by navigating to selweb.com and entering their login information (e.g. username and password).

If your students need their login information, please refer to the article about how students get their login information.

You may assist students as they log in by navigating to Insights for them and helping them to enter in their login information.

2. Logging in with Clever

If your school uses Clever, your IT department has set up Single Sign On (SSO) for SELweb, and students may log into Insights by entering either their Clever QR code or Clever login information.

To log into Clever, navigate to the Clever login page.

Once students log into Clever, they will arrive at their Clever library.

Students will then find and select the Insights logo, which will take them to the Insights welcome page.

If a student’s Clever account is not yet associated with their Insights account, they will see the following error page.

3. Logging in with ClassLink

If your school uses ClassLink, your IT department has set up Single Sign On (SSO) for SELweb, and students may log into Insights by entering their ClassLink login information.

Students will arrive at their ClassLink library, where they may select the Insights icon, which will take them to their Insights assessment.
