This notification will appear to staff members when logged into their Home page or the Users Menu. This will populate when there are no staff members set up to receive Help and/ or Fireword notifications in the organization. The alert will change to reflect the type of notification that is not set up to be received.

Using the "Click Here" option will take the user to review their own settings to receive notification settings.

This notification will remain visible until a staff member of the organization has notifications for Firewords and Student Help requests enabled.

Administrators may adjust settings for staff members through their User Profiles

This is to ensure that requests that students are sending in are being received and monitored by a staff member.
