Resetting your BASE Password

Please note, this is only applicable for users that are logging in directly to BASE, not using an integration or SSO.  If you forget your password, navigate to the initial login page for BASE
Locate and click on the “Click here to reset it” option  This will generate an email to reset your account  The email will be sent to the account associated with your profile  Should you not receive the email, reach out to your BASE organization Administrator
