- The BASE platform includes the ability for students to send a message to their Educators for both non-urgent and urgent requests.
- When a student is working, they can use the “Help” button to request help from their educators.

- To receive these notifications, ensure that notifications are turned on.
- After logging in to BASE. Look for the “My Account” icon in the upper right-hand side.

- Scroll down to edit Notification Settings
|
|
- Enable or Disable the notifications that you would prefer to receive
- Notifications will be sent to the email address that is in the User’s profile
