Parent/Guardian Shared Login

A generic, shared Parent/Guardian login can be created to be shared amongst multiple parents to see the BASE Education modules.  These users will be able to see the Parent/Guardian modules that have been enabled in the org Library.  When users are created as a parent they are given access to the modules 24/7.
To create a Parent user, click on the Users menu

Click to open the User Actions Menu  Click the Create Users option from the menu  This will allow you to create single or multiple users
To create a shared Parent/Guardian Login Leave single user selected and complete the required information  Role : specify the role of Parent/Guardian Email address : this will also become the username by default Username (defaults to the email, but can be changed)  Check the box identifying “Shared Account”
Shared parent credentials will allow multiple people to use the credentials that are created.  Progress will not be saved for these users.
